Melty Cream Cheese Stuffed Wild Alaska Pollock

Ingredients, per portion:
2 Perfect Pollock Portions® (5 to 6 ounces each)
Light cream cheese, mixed with sautéed spinach to form a thickened sauce
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Sear the Perfect Pollock Portions® and stuff with sauce of light cream cheese and sautéed spinach.  Season to taste with garlic and onion powders and salt and pepper.
