Asian-Inspired Baked Wild Alaska Pollock with Sesame and Ginger
Ingredients:
4 Perfect Pollock Portions® (5 to 6 ounces each)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Pepper (white pepper preferably, any will do)
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
3 scallions, sliced thin
Directions:
Combine the soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and white pepper. Rub the mixture on the Perfect Pollock Portions® fillets, making sure they are coated evenly. Let the fish marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 400°F. Place the fish in one layer in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and return to oven 1 to 2 minutes more if necessary.
Transfer the fish to your desired serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions, and serve with pickled ginger if desired.
